First cut the tofu skin into the thickness shown in the picture and put it into the cooking pot. -

Tips
All ingredients except carrots must not be chopped too finely.
Bean paste and garlic cloves are the soul of this cold dish.
Boil the tofu skin in lightly salted water, remember to soak it in the pot until just before mixing with vegetables.
