Eggs. These are eggs laid by domestic chickens, chickens that are absolutely free of medicine and feed, but are raised in captivity. Her eggs are not yellow but bright red as the market calls them. -

Add water directly to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add egg liquid to the boiling water splash, and break it up with chopsticks in the boiling water while pouring it, or use a spoon to push the egg liquid liquid. Put cucumber. Turn off the heat. Put some sesame oil, chicken essence, coriander and salt.
Tips
1. You can put as many eggs as you like. My suggestion is just one for each person. If you like small broken eggs, break them up with chopsticks after putting them in the pot. If you like larger pieces, use a spoon. When pushing, it is better to be gentle.
2. The cucumber can be replaced with your favorite vegetables such as tomatoes, zucchini, cabbage, etc. If the vegetables are difficult to cook, add the vegetables after the water boils, and then add the eggs after boiling again.
3. Add the final chicken essence, coriander and salt as you like. I usually don't add salt.
