1 piece of winter melon, 6 leeks, 1 pinch of dried sea rice. -

Peel and slice the winter melon. -

Wash and cut the leeks into small sections, and separate the roots and leaves. -

Prepare all ingredients. -

Heat a pan and add some oil to sauté the leek root until fragrant, then add sea rice, add soup, add slices of winter melon to the pot, simmer for about 5 minutes and the winter melon will become transparent and really a bit white. Well, finally sprinkle the leek leaves and add some salt and turn off the heat. -
