Ingredients: pickles (washed and chopped), old tofu, clams (steamed and washed with sediment). -

Place the old tofu on the chopping board and cut into pieces. -

Heat the oil in a pan, add the cut old tofu and stir-fry until it turns slightly brown. -

Next, add the pickles and add an appropriate amount of boiling water. -

Cook for about 5 minutes. -

Then, add clams and appropriate amount of cooking wine. -

Flip and cook until the clams open and serve.
