Cut the pork belly into cubes. No need to add any oil to the pot. Stir-fry over low heat until oil comes out of the pork belly. Stir-fry over low heat for a while longer until the pork belly becomes golden and slightly charred. -

Add star anise, garlic cloves and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. -

Pour in appropriate amount of water and add the sweet potato vermicelli soaked in advance. -

After the water boils, add the cabbage slices, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, add salt and white pepper, mix well, and then reduce the juice over high heat.
