Use 55g of hot water to brew the green juice powder, then pour the glutinous rice flour, orange powder and powdered sugar into a bowl, then pour in the green juice and stir until there is no dry powder and set aside. Pour the white dumpling ingredients into a bowl and mix evenly, put it in the microwave and turn it on high for 15 seconds, take it out and stir it into a dough, then add it to the main dough, mix and knead it into a smooth dough. Roll the main dough into a long strip, cut it into small pieces and then roll it into a round shape. Then take a little dough and press it into thin slices, and wrap the green dough balls into pea-like shapes. -

After the water boils, add the pea green balls, cook until they float, then remove from the supercooled water and set aside. -

Pour the water mochi ingredients into the pot, stir evenly, turn on low heat, and cook while stirring until thick, then remove from the heat. -
