Quick dish ~ Stir-fried Sanding (pork)

  • 1. Dice potatoes and carrots and blanch them in water for three minutes
    2. Dice meat ➕salt, cooking wine, starch and mix well, ➕oil, set aside
    3. Heat oil in a pot, simmer green onion, Stir-fry the diced pork until it changes color
    4. Heat the oil again , add chopped green onion to the pot, add diced potatoes and carrots, stir-fry a few times, add diced meat, add cooking wine (cooking wine, light soy sauce, bean paste, sugar, water), stir-fry, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add fried peanuts (you can buy ready-made), stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
    The marinated meat contains salt, the sauce contains light soy sauce, bean paste, and peanuts, so there is no need to add salt separately.
    Mixed with rice, super fragrant.
