Fill the soup pot with water, add the pork belly flowers, boil the soup, and use a mesh sieve to skim off the foam and ginger slices; -

Add 4 self-pickled figs, bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Just cook the ingredients thoroughly. If it is too greasy, you can use a dense mesh sieve to skim off the oil. When drinking soup, you can add an appropriate amount of refined salt according to your own taste.
Tips
1. Do not rinse the pork bones with cold water after blanching them, it is best to use hot water;
2. Only add an appropriate amount of refined salt when drinking the soup;
3. After the soup is made, you can use a dense mesh sieve to skim off the floating oil to reduce the intake of fat.
