How to make tomato tofu meatball soup
1. Add minced meat, remove the old skin from the tofu, add an egg, starch, salt, minced ginger and sesame oil.
2. Knead the ingredients together and leave them for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
3.Peel and cut tomatoes into pieces.
4. Heat oil and stir-fry tomatoes until fragrant.
5.Add water and boil for five minutes.
6. Turn off the heat, make the minced meat into balls and put them into the soup. When done, turn up the heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt.
