Soak dried fungus; peel and dice sweet potatoes and carrots. The meat grinder crushed them, so I cut them myself. -

Blanch the fungus and grind it in a meat grinder (beat it two or three times, it will taste grainy). -

Blanch carrots and sweet potatoes (I forgot to take pictures of the sweet potatoes). -

Put the lean meat into a meat grinder and mix well and set aside. Squeeze out the water from carrots and sweet potatoes, cut green onions and beat fungus. -

Put peanut oil in a hot pan. -

Add meat and fry until cooked. -

Add carrots, sweet potatoes, diced fungus. -

Add green onions. -

Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. -
