This is dried fish that has been dried for a day and night. The water on the surface has dried. Just continue to dry it until it is completely dry. It will take about 5 days, depending on the weather conditions! -

Soak the prepared dried fish in hot water, then steam it in a pot and eat it. It is delicious with rice. Very tasty!
Tips
Cured meat and cured fish are basically the same to make, and you can also make cured chicken and duck! However, in some places, soy sauce is not used when cooking cured fish. After the cured fish is dried, soy sauce is added directly.It’s white, and I personally like the flavor of sauce, so I’ll stick to the old recipe!
