Preparation: Chencun powder. -

Minced meat, pickled mustard. -

Chopped green onion and minced garlic. -

Put Chencun powder into a plate and steam it in a pot of boiling water for five minutes (the powder itself is cooked but only heated). -

Steam the flour until cooked and take it out for later use. -

Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic and minced meat until fragrant. -

Then add the mustard and stir-fry, add some soy sauce and sugar and stir well. -

Add a little cornstarch water and stir-fry evenly. Add chopped green onion and turn off the heat. -

Pour the sauce on the surface of the steamed Chencun noodles. -
