Roses purchased online -

Soak in pure water and clean -

Let the water dry. I first used kitchen paper towels to absorb the surface water -

Pry off the petals of the dried flowers and remove the pedicles and core -

Put rose petals into a water-free and oil-free basin, about 80 grams -

Add 80 grams of sugar -

Rub the flowers and sugar together with your hands to blend them -

Put the bottle in a pot, boil and dry it in advance -

Don’t fill the bottle to 70% because it will ferment. Pour 1CM thick honey on top -
