Half a bowl of rice, canned tuna, salad dressing, rice and seaweed are ready. -

Put seaweed, rice, and tuna in a bowl, mix well, and roll into a ball. -

After placing the container, put salad dressing on top. -

Wash and cut the beef spinach. First heat it in the microwave over medium-high heat for 2 and a half minutes, then let it cool. Then put the tuna on top and heat it for another 2 and a half minutes. Let it cool at room temperature and drain. -

Put in the avocado and banana as a side dish, and add the sauce according to your own taste. -
