Cut the radish in half and cut into coin-thick slices. Add 60 grams of salt and 80 grams of sugar and mix well. -

Marinate for more than 2 hours. The radish slices are firm when folded in half and do not break. They do not taste spicy or bitter. -

Pour away the marinated water. -

Wash twice, squeeze out the water and set aside. -

Take a container, add seasoning 1 and mix well. (I used all the green peppers I grew myself to make it spicy, and added some millet to make it more spicy) -

Put seasoning 2 into a small bowl, pour in hot oil and fry until fragrant. -

Pour into seasoning 1 and mix well. -

Put the radish into the mixing bowl and mix well. Let it soak for at least 1 hour before eating. -
