Preparation: Soak the chilled duck feet in white vinegar, salt and water for 15 minutes, then clean. -

Add ginger slices to duck feet and blanch them in cooking wine. -

Take it out, cut off the nails and clean them. -

Bring the old marinade to a boil. -

Put the duck paws in and bring to a boil over medium heat. -

Then turn to low heat for 45 minutes. -

When the time is up and the marinade is ready, don’t take it out immediately. Continue to soak it in the marinade for an hour or two to enhance the flavor. -
