Cut gluten into strips and set aside. -

Blanch it in boiling water and take it out for later use. -

Cut spinach into sections and blanch them in water and place them on top of the gluten. -

Chop the garlic into mince. -

Put minced garlic on the spinach and put the chili noodles on top. -

Pour oil into the pot. -

After the oil is hot in the pan, turn off the heat and pour it on the spinach gluten. -
