Slice the pork belly, king oyster mushrooms, and carrots, pat them with garlic, and chop them with peppers.

Soak the yuba in hot water until it is soft and delicious (this is very important)

Heat the pan with oil and turn the fat of the pork belly into oil.

Fry the pork belly until brown, add garlic and chili and saute until fragrant. Add carrots and king oyster mushrooms. Stir-fry until king oyster mushrooms become soft.

Add cabbage and all other seasonings. Stir-fry for one minute, add appropriate amount of boiling water, and then cook for a while before serving. (If you are not afraid of getting angry, you can continue to add an appropriate amount of water to stir-fry the vegetables). Carrots are really sweet.
